Thick Sheet Deburring Machine

The deburring and chamfering machine is specifically designed for surface treatment of carbon steel components. It features an innovative combination of two sets of wide abrasive belts for deburring and four universal rotary brushes for chamfering. This design ensures efficient and precise removal of surface burrs while achieving edge chamfering and surface brushing, significantly improving the surface quality and appearance of the workpiece. The Deburring & Brushing Machine meets the precision and quality requirements of carbon steel surface treatment across various industries, enhancing both production efficiency and product value. Parameters can be adjusted according to different processing needs, and suitable abrasives can be selected accordingly. The metal deburring machine is equipped with one 5.5kW wet dust collector. Dust removal method: The dust generated during operation is effectively extracted through a dust collection port, eliminating most of the dust, preventing potential dust explosion hazards, and keeping the internal structure clean.

Perfect Deburring: The XDP-800MRRP Carbon Steel Deburring machine is a high-efficiency deburring solution specifically designed for carbon steel, iron, and medium-to-thick plates. Deburring & Brushing Machine features magnetic adsorption technology, ensuring stable workpiece fixation for high-precision processing. Deburring machine effectively removes burrs, sharp edges, and oxide layers produced by laser cutting, stamping, and milling, while also enabling chamfering, slag removal, and surface finishing.

Abrasive Belt

The main function of the Abrasive Belt in carbon steel deburring machine is to grind and polish the surface of the workpieces using abrasive materials, removing burrs, sharp edges, and rough areas. The Abrasive Belt is typically filled with abrasive materials, and during the deburring process, it comes into contact with the workpiece surface. Roller brushes

Before deburring:

Clients’  Deburring  Cases

A customer was using a 6kW laser cutting machine to process 20mm thick carbon steel plates, which resulted in heavy burrs along the edges, affecting subsequent welding and coating quality. To address this issue, our deburring and chamfering machine equipped with wide abrasive belts and universal rotary brushes was used for testing. In a single pass, the machine efficiently removed the burrs from the thick plates, while simultaneously achieving uniform edge chamfering and a brushed surface finish. The results showed smooth, burr-free edges and a significantly improved surface appearance.
